A 25-year-old Colorado Springs man was arrested late Monday night for shooting at his ex-girlfriend.

Colorado Springs officers responded to a report of shots fired at an apartment located in the 3200 block of Galley Road at around 11:45 p.m.

When they arrived, the victim told police that she was fighting with her ex-boyfriend, Dustin Hammon, when he fired a gun at her. The bullet missed her and hit a wall nearby.
