Veterans biking across country make stop in Pueblo

Two veterans are braving the elements and riding their bikes across the country trying to help fellow veterans.

Michael Priddy and David Allison both served their country and have been touched by or know someone with post-traumatic stress disorder.

They stopped in Pueblo to share their stories and to help people who are dealing with this disorder.

Priddy and Allison say each time they stop someone comes up to them and thanks them for what they are doing.

“There isn’t anything wrong with you, What’s happening when you experience post-traumatic stress is perfectly normal, but they don’t tell you that. They make you think that you’re broken,” Priddy said.

The men are riding to Quantico Marine Base in Virginia and plan to make it there by June 10.
