Driver says he was confronted by strangers, threatened with gun
The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office says four men are facing charges after an incident that happened in Pueblo West.
The alleged victim told police that he was leaving Lovell Park on Hahns Peak Road at around 7:50 p.m. Wednesday when he and his passenger were confronted by four men in a gold Monte Carlo.
The sheriff’s office says the men tried to pick a fight with the victim and that one of them pointed a handgun at him. They said he thought he heard a gunshot at one point as the Monte Carlo followed his car.
The alleged victim eventually pulled into the sheriff’s office substation on Joe Martinez Boulevard.
No one was hurt.
The four men were later arrested near the intersection of Gilia Drive and Hahns Peak.
The sheriff’s office says the following men are facing the following charges:
Xavier Valentino Quintana, 20, complicity to commit felony menacing
Joseph Preston Sanz-Jones, 20, for complicity to commit felony menacing
Devyn Michael Trujillo, 21, complicity to commit felony menacingJoseph
James Calderon, 19, felony menacing and protective order violation
