UPDATE: Colorado Springs man killed in El Paso County crash
State Patrol identified the man killed in an accident in eastern El Paso County Sunday.
23-year-old Joseph Burman of Colorado Springs died in the crash. It happened around 3 p.m. near Texas Longhorn Drive and South Ellicott Highway. That is just south of Highway 94.
Troopers said Burman’s SUV went off the road and he tried to get back onto the road causing the SUV to flip. The vehicle rolled and hit a fence, troopers said.
State Patrol said toxicology reports are pending.
