Southbound I-25 reopened near Monument

Southbound lanes of Interstate 25 are now reopened south of Monument. They were closed for a couple of hours because of a traffic accident.

The crash happened around 5 p.m. and caused major backups on I-25. Around 6 p.m., lanes were closed and traffic was detoured onto Baptist Road.
