Building Fire In El Paso County

Fire officials say a barn is a total loss after an early-morning fire.

Four departments answered the call in the 7800 block of Edison Road, including Ellicott, Edison, Hanover and TriCounty.

Fire officials say it was an electrical fire that started in a chicken coop.

The flames did not spread to the home.
