Member Of Dougherty Trio Pleads Not Guilty
Lee Grace Dougherty pleaded not guilty to all charges in a Walsenburg court Monday morning.
Lee Grace Dougherty entered her plea during her arraignment in Huerfano county at 10 a.m. Both Ryan and Dylan Dougherty will be back in court on November 28th for disposition.
She will return to trial on February 21, 2012.
The Florida fugitives led police on a nationwide man hunt. They were arrested in Huerfano County on August 11.
The three face five counts each of attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault, as well as other felony charges related to the chase.
