Strange Van At North Side Park Leads To Drug Bust

A Colorado Springs Police officer who checked on a suspicious vehicle early Monday morning found it loaded with questionable things.

That van was parked at the Cottonwood Creek Park on the north side around 5 a.m. Six people were asleep inside. Police said they found 265 grams of marijuana, a stolen gun and three underage girls who had been drinking inside the vehicle.

Rayshawn Laster, 26, Zhakary Laster, 18, and Seth Harvey, 18 were arrested. Police said all three were confirmed gang members. They all face charges of delinquency of a minor, drug and weapons charges.
