President Makes Surprise Visit To Afghanistan

KABUL — President Barack Obama has arrived in Afghanistan for a surprise visit. It’s his first in-person view of the war in Afghanistan since he became commander in chief.

The trip comes nearly a year after a similarly secretive visit to Iraq.
