Developmental Disabilities Alert: 37-year-old man last seen on Aug. 7

LAKEWOOD, Colo. (KRDO)-- The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is sending out a Developmental Disabilities Alert for a man last seen on Aug. 7.

Richard Foster, 37, was last seen at a bowling alley near Colfax Ave. and Kipling St. in Lakewood, Colorado on Monday, Aug. 7.

According to the CBI, Foster does not have a vehicle and suffers from cognitive impairment, which may affect his demeanor and behavior.

Richard Foster is described as a 37-year-old white man with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 6'0 and 164 pounds and was last seen wearing green pants and a striped shirt.

Anyone with information surrounding Richard Foster’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Lakewood Police Department at 303-980-7300.
