Kindergarten class at Endeavour Elementary quarantined

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Academy District 20 in Colorado Springs says an entire kindergarten class at Endeavour Elementary School has been quarantined after a student showed COVID-like symptoms Monday night.

D20 spokesperson Allison Cortez confirmed to KRDO that one teacher, a paraprofessional, and 15 students are quarantining at home for 14 days as a precaution. However, if the student who had COVID-like symptoms can present a negative COVID-19 test, the quarantine will be shorter.

Endeavour Elementary is near Frontier Elementary, which also had students or staff quarantine because of COVID-like symptoms, the district announced this week.
