Sunshine Returns-Nick’s Weather

A quick moving weather system has scooted out of Colorado, taking with it all the high clouds that left us with a cloudy Saturday. Most mountain locations got about 1 to 3 inches of fresh powder, but now the moisture has headed east, and that means a sunny Sunday for the state. But there’s another storm that will kick up winds on Monday. Computer models are showing strong southwesterly winds gusting up to 45 mph for Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Not much moisture will blow down the Front Range, so snow chances are slim, at best. However more snow is expected for the Central Mountains Monday and again Wednesday and Thursday.
