Body found at Colorado Springs park identified

The El Paso County Coroner’s Office has identified the body found at Shooks Run Park, near East Fountain Blvd. and Corona St.

The deceased man has been identified as 50-year-old Eugene Henrey Wildeman of Colorado Springs. His body was found around 10:23 a.m. on December 3. This case is now being investigated as a homicide.
