Conditions drying out, warmer temperatures expected

Overview:  We're tracking warmer air and lesser chances for thunderstorms.

Tonight:  Scattered showers and thunderstorms will end this evening leaving most areas partly cloudy to mostly clear during the night. Low temperatures will fall into the 50s and 60s for most areas, but the high mountain valleys may dip into the 40s.

Tomorrow: Conditions dry out for a majority of the I-25 corridor and out towards the plains. Showers and thunderstorms look to stay confined to the mountains and higher elevations as the monsoon plume shifts west. Temperatures continue increasing over the next few days, with highs in the upper 80's along the front range and 90's for the plains.

Extended:  We expect isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms over and near the mountains most days this week, but overall this week looks warmer and drier than last. By later in the week thunderstorms may become stronger and more numerous over the plains again.
