HIGH POINT, N.C. — Zach Austin recorded 17 points and eight rebounds as High Point beat Winthrop 65-56. Bryant Randleman added 14 points and seven rebounds on Monday night for the Panthers, who forced a season-high 22 turnovers.. Kelton Talford led the Eagles with 17 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks.
