DENVER (KRDO) -- Colorado Gov. Jared Polis is giving an update on the state's response to COVID-19 as cases continue to rise across the state.

As of Monday evening, the state reported a total of 86,374 COVID-19 cases since testing began; 2,051 people have died due to the virus.
