Severe thunderstorm watch issued for parts of Colorado until 8 p.m.

PUEBLO (KRDO) -- The National Weather Service Pueblo has issued a severe thunderstorm watch Saturday for much of Colorado, including El Paso, Pueblo and Teller Counties.

The severe weather watch comes with threats of hail, high winds and frequent lightning possible. According to the NWS, ping pong size hail is possible in isolated areas.

The watch is set to expire at 8 p.m.
