Celebrate Pueblo Chile Day this weekend at the Colorado State Fair
PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce and Visit Pueblo are encouraging everyone to come out to the Colorado State Fair on Sat., Sept. 3 to celebrate Pueblo Chile Day.
On Saturday, fair-goers will find farm stand maps, fresh Pueblo Chiles roasting, and Pueblo Chile wraps being prepared.
The Pueblo Chile Booth will open at 11 a.m. and roasting will begin at 11:30 a.m
The Pueblo Chamber of Commerce will also be hosting the Art Mosaic Project Pueblo.
Saturday, the chamber will be offering free wood mosaic crafting sessions at the Explore Colorado Building with artists from Pueblo. Artists can stop by from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. to help contribute to the artwork.
The Chamber of Commerce Pueblo Chile booth will be outside of the Explore Colorado Building that is within the fairgrounds.
