One person dead after car crash late Saturday night in El Paso County

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- A fatal crash occurred Saturday at 10:40 p.m. on Colorado 24 near mile post 349, according to the Colorado State Patrol.

CSP said the the 30-year-old driver was traveling westbound on Colorado 24 when he lost control and crashed into a steel guardrail. The driver was the only person in the car and died on scene.
