Man arrested for stalking after victim names him Friday

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- A man was arrested on felony stalking charges after a quick investigation Friday, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.

The EPCSO said they received the report of an alleged stalking on May 6 and the victim was able to tell law enforcement who the suspect was.

Deputies investigated the allegations of felony stalking of a female victim and arrested Daniel McShan.

McShan was arrested by EPCSO deputies and booked into the El Paso County Jail on felony stalking charges.

Law enforcement said due to concerns for the victim's privacy, no additional details surrounding the investigation will be released.
