Colorado Springs wants people to join ‘Then & Now’ challenge
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The City of Colorado Springs wants people to participate in their 150th Anniversary celebration. They are asking the public to share photos of "Then & Now" to celebrate the city's history. Residents, visitors, businesses, organizations and just to name a few, are asked to share "Then & Now" side-by-side comparison photos of the city.
Local photographer, Mike Pach who has volunteered to work on the "Then & Now" exhibit that opens July 8 at the Pikes Peak Library, room 21C, says he has compiled 50 pairs (100 total) of photos for this project.
To participate you can share photos side by side now through the summer and tag @CityofCOS and/or use #COS150.
