COLORADO (KRDO) -- Coloradans appear to have voted heavily against Proposition 115 which would outlaw late-term abortions.

Ballot measure Proposition 115 aimed to restrict abortions after 22 weeks. If it had passed, the only exception to perform a late-term abortions would have been to save a mother's life.

With roughly 75% of votes counted by 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, there was a 20% difference between the two sides. About 1.5 million voted against the ban while about 1 million voted for it.
