The clerk gave him an undisclosed amount of cash before he fled north on foot. Police established a perimeter and attempted to track the suspect using a K-9, but they were unable to locate the man.

The suspect is described as thin, between 5′ and 5’5″ tall, wearing a baseball cap and black hoodie with a bandana over his face.
