Another Round of Storms Friday 8-8-19

TONIGHT: Storms clear the eastern plains by midnight tonight and we are left with slow clearing and lows in the 50s and 60s.

FRIDAY: Partly sunny with temps staying seasonal in the 80’s for Colorado Springs area, upper 70’s for local mountain cities and low 90’s from Pueblo to the Easter Plains. Afternoon storms roll in after 2-3pm and some could be strong to severe with hail and wind the primary threat along with localized flash flooding due to heavy rain.

EXTENDED: We will see continued scattered storms through the weekend. It looks like we won’t get a break again until Monday of next week.
