Warm weekend ahead – 2/1/19
TODAY: Mostly sunny skies are in the forecast for this first day of February. Temperatures will be climing into the 50s and low 60s, with 40s over the mountains.
TONIGHT: Mostly clear to partly cloudy with temperatures falling into the mid and upper 20. Mountain cities should feel the low 20s tonight.
EXTENDED: The weekend looks dry and warm now! Snow will stay over the central mountains on Sunday with gusty, dry conditons up and down the front range. Minor accumulation is expected in Salida and Alamosa, but everyone else will be feeling like spring. A wind alert is out for Sunday afternoon, but that will be your only weather issue. We stay cool and dry for Monday and Tuesday, with cold and snow moving in by Wednesday.
