Three Borriello Brothers pizza restaurants close, failure to pay taxes

Three Borriello Brothers Real New York Pizza restaurants closed Friday morning.

Two of the restaurants were in Colorado Springs and one was in Fountain.

About 60 jobs are at risk. According to a sign plastered on the door of the Cimarron and 8th St. location, the Colorado Department of Revenue is closing the stores down due to unpaid taxes.

The state lists more than $120,000 in unpaid taxes.
