A hot weekend ahead – 7/6/18

TONIGHT: Any isolated showers or storms clear out through the evening hours. Skies will be partly cloudy to mostly clear tonight. Overnight lows cool to the 50s and 60s in the lower elevations. Our mountain cities and the high country will drop to the 40s and 50s.

EXTENDED: Enjoy the cooler temperature while they last, because tomorrow and Sunday bring mostly sunny and hot conditions. Afternoon highs will be back in the 80s and 90s over the low terrain, with 70s in the mountains. We stay mainly dry and hot through Wednesday with the exception of an isolated mountain storm or two. Thursday brings better chances of rain and storms for everyone with drying skies returning by Friday. Highs will be slightly cooler as this system moves in.
