Air Force Academy cadet found not guilty of sexual assault
Air Force Academy Cadet, Samuel Fuller, was acquitted of sexual assault on Saturday.
According to the Air Force Times, Fuller is a Cadet 1st Class senior at the Air Force Academy and is accused of having sex with a woman last year while she under the influence of alcohol and incapable of consenting.
Fuller faced a court-martial on a specification of violating Article 120 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. A panel of nine officers heard his testimony, and after reviewing the evidence found Fuller not guilty.
