Pueblo police warn of scammer posing as Black Hills Energy employee
The Pueblo Department says a scammer is using a utility company’s name to try to rip you off.
Police say a man is claiming to work for Black Hills Energy to collect money from people.
Black Hills says it never sends people out to collect payments from its customers.
