What is your top issue for the next legislative session, and how do you plan to fix it?
Foutch: Decriminalization of scheduled substances. No victim means no crime. You own your own body, Government does not own you.
How can the legislature address the state's housing and cost of living issues?
Decrease property taxes. Due to taxes and inflation, our dollar is nearly worthless compared to the Silver Certificate. Taxes force the homeowner to increase cost of rent to offset the burden caused by taxes. Taxation is theft. If it has to be forced on us, it is involuntary, and technically extortion. All tax could be replaced with a Go-Fund-Me.
Should COVID-19 be handled more at a local level or from a top-level approach in the state?
COVID should be handled by the individual, by choice. Government should not be involved in your health, regardless of whatever "crisis" occurs. Good ideas do not require force.
